Your main responsibilities in this position will be:
- Verifying vendor accounts, entries
- Participation in reconciliation of monthly statements
- Posting account transactions
- Resolving purchase orders, invoices
- Analysing invoice and expense reports
- Comparison of system reports to balances
- Support day to day payment cycle activities
- Compile necessary reports
- Respond to vendor inquiries
- Continuously improve payment processes
- Managing and motivating the team
- Tracking the team´s KPIs performances
- Being a point of contact for escalations
- Actively participating on improvement processes
- Participation in the recruitment process
- Training new hires
REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related area
- Previous experience from accounts payable area
- Experience with team management, even shorter one
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of process design tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Verz good command of MS Office (particularly Excel)
- Knowledge of SAP and SRM systems is a big advantage
- Analytical & organizational skills
