Do you speak ENGLISH and FRENCH?
We are looking for a suitable candidate for back office position for the world's largest international oil and gas company with SSC in Prague.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• interaction with Vendor Master administrator team and other departments within Payables
• ensuring supplier’s data correctly inserted into the system
• daily processing of requests in internal system
• working with system SAP
• cooperation within Europe, Africa&Middle East, Russia and South America
• ad hoc tasks

Location: Prague 3 (metro station Flora)
Start: ASAP
Contract till the end of December 2016 (extension possible)
Working time: full time 40 hours/week (rotation od daily/night shifts, night shifts from 15:30–24:00)

REQUIREMENTS:
We are seeking enthusiastic candidates with:

• Secondary degree,
• active knowledge of English and French
• another language is advantage
• communicative and detail oriented person,
• accurancy and customer service mindset,
• experience from finance and administration area is an advantage,
• knowledge of SAP is advantage.
