as a Marketing Operations Associate you will gain deep end-user knowledge of CRM tools for marketing planning, data uploads and updates, lead management and reporting as well as the Marketing Automation Platform (MAP) and its functionalities for Digital Marketing.
responsibilities
- be responsible for first-class delivery of services within agreed SLAs for our internal customers using the MAP capabilities of SAP Marketing Cloud, support target segmentation, HTML creation, email execution and nurture.
- the team develops and rolls out processes and systems needed for efficient and effective marketing
- using formalized best practices, infrastructure, reporting and analytical frameworks
- responsible for ensuring that systems, processes and tools are in place to set performance expectations, monitor progress and measure results
- cooperate with regional sales and marketing teams and other strategic partners to achieve overall marketing excellence
- provide support for marketing planning, events and pipeline management
- assist in the development and documentation of workflow processes
who we are looking for
- bachelor degree or equivalent required
- fluent English & German, verbal and written
- organized, detail-oriented and results-driven
- enjoy problem-solving and possess strong analytical skills
- do not need to have previous work experience in marketing however, knowledge of marketing fundamentals including analysis and measurement is required
- be a team player who works well with others on projects
- MS Office (primary MS Excel - pivot tables, data management)
