The role of Finance and Cash Specialist can offer you a fun, fast-paced working environment with flexible working hours and the ability to develop professionally. Additionally, this position offers the opportunity for academic training as one of its many benefits.
As Finance and Cash Specialist you will:
- Create and monitor aging reports
- Organize cash collection activities
- Maintain accurate records about the customer payment status.
- Issue dunning letters and pre-statements for invoices
- Cooperate with cash application team.
- Perform reconciliation of customer accounts
- Solve customer disputes
- Support internal and external audits
- Engage in process improvement initiatives and trainings
- Ensure compliance with SOX as well as internal rules and regulations
REQUIREMENTS:
You are perfect candidate if you have:
- Fluent English and Czech
- Intermediate German
- Previous experience with working with accounting data, aging reports and direct communication with customers (at least 0,5 year)
- Degree or diploma in finance/accounting or related field (Bc.)
- Good communication skills
- Customer oriented approach
- Detail orientated
- Team player
It will be advantage if you have:
- Experience with SAP.
- Knowledge of Finance procedures.
