The role of Accounts Payable Specialist with English and French can offer you a fun, fast-paced working environment with flexible working hours and the ability to develop professionally. Additionally, this position offers the opportunity for academic trainingas one of its many benefits.

As an AP accountant you will

• Process supplier invoices, match invoices to purchase orders, and resolve all discrepancies; related to purchase orders and invoices
• Process payments
• Handle external and internal vendor correspondence
• Support management and the project teams for special projects
• Engage in process improvement initiatives

REQUIREMENTS:
You are perfect candidate if you have:

• Fluent English and French
• Previous experience (around 1year) with accounting (AP, AR, GL) or customer service
• Strong technology skills, including PC
• Good communication skills
• Analytical mind
• Detail orientated

It will be advantage if you have:

• Knowledge of SAP
