As an AP Accountant you will
- Process supplier invoices, match invoices to purchase orders and resolve all discrepancies;
- Solve all discrepancies related to invoices and purchase orders
- Create payment proposals, perform payments and register outgoing payments
- Handling of external and internal vendor correspondence
- Support management and project team in special projects
- Participate in training programs
- Engage in process improvement initiatives
REQUIREMENTS:
You are perfect candidate if you have:
- Fluent English and French
- Previous experience (around 1year) with accounting (AP, AR, GL) or customer service
- Strong technology skills, including PC
- Good communication skills
- Analytical mind
- Detail orientated
It will be advantage if you have:
- Knowledge of SAP
