Your Responsibilities:
- Customer visits for the sale of service products and spare parts
- Support of customers on site, on the phone and by mail in case of technical problems or during the implementation of projects and assignments of the technicians
- Service coordination
- Execution of service orders in the ERP system (SAP) for the Czech Republic and Slovakia - registration and assistance of quotations, sales orders, filling, maintenance contracts
- Close cooperation with both, regional technical manger and local sales manager
- Interface between customers, service technicians, management and central functions
Your profile:
- Technical education and sales experience
- Customer orientation
- Good English or German skills
- Good IT-skills (Microsoft Office), SAP knowledge as an advantage
- Team player
- Independence, commitment and flexibility
- Willingness to travel mainly for customer visits
