Service Sales & Service Coordination (m/w/d)

• Customer visits for the sale of service products and spare parts
• Support of customers on site, on the phone and by mail in case of technical problems or during the implementation of projects and assignments of the technicians
• Service coordination
• Execution of service orders in the ERP system (SAP) for the Czech Republic and Slovakia - registration and assistance of quotations, sales orders, filling, maintenance contracts
• Close cooperation with both, regional technical manger and local sales manager
• Interface between customers, service technicians, management and central functions

• Technical education and sales experience
• Customer orientation
• Good English or German skills
• Good IT-skills (Microsoft Office), SAP knowledge as an advantage
• Team player
• Independence, commitment and flexibility
• Willingness to travel mainly for customer visits
