In our SSC, we aim to enhance operational efficiency by providing support to multiple departments.
We are looking for new colleagues with fluent Danish or Dutch to help US grow.

As a SSC Specialist, you will:

• Enter orders into our internal systems
• Regularly communicate and cooperate with teams within the SSC department
• Report according to company requirements
• Have daily phone calls with customers and coworkers from the branches abroad
• Participate in improving our processes

Your profile:

• Dutch or Danish – you will have daily contact with native speakers
• Good level of English – company language, preferred level B2 / C1
• Experience with customer service in SSC is a must
• Responsibility, diligence, and attention to detail
