Do you have experience working in a Shared Services Center (SSC)?
In our SSC, we aim to enhance operational efficiency by providing support to multiple departments.
We are looking for new colleagues with fluent Danish or Dutch to help US grow.
As a SSC Specialist, you will:
- Enter orders into our internal systems
- Regularly communicate and cooperate with teams within the SSC department
- Report according to company requirements
- Have daily phone calls with customers and coworkers from the branches abroad
- Participate in improving our processes
Your profile:
- Dutch or Danish – you will have daily contact with native speakers
- Good level of English – company language, preferred level B2 / C1
- Experience with customer service in SSC is a must
- Responsibility, diligence, and attention to detail
