Your main responsibilities on this position will be:
- Creation and issuing of the Purchase Orders to suppliers
- Data validation, pre-approvals processing
- Cooperation with suppliers, Supply Chain Management, Business and Finance
- Verifying that all required information and documentation has been provided
- Creates purchase orders
- Purchase order processing
- Resolution of queries
- Compliance with the company´s Procurement policies
- Distribution of completed purchase orderes to suppliers
- Administrative tasks (archiving, filing etc.)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Economics or similar
- Very good command of English language
- Advanced MS Office skills, specifically MS Excel desirable
- Ability to understand processes quickly
- Pro-active approach, strong attention to details
- A strong work ethic
