As a Operational Procurement Specialist, your main tasks will be as follows:

• Focus on purchase to pay processes – analyze processes, identify opportunities and suggest improvements
• Manage standardization of procurement related projects
• Develop project plans, oversee projects from planning to implementation
• Cooperate with operational procurement teams, solve related issues, organize trainings
• Focus on tools and data providing information about process measurements
• Deal with master data, electronic auctions, qualification of suppliers and similar fields from the analytical point of view

REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge of operational procurement processes and tools
• Knowledge of English and German language (one of them at C1 level, second at B1 level at least)
• Knowledge of supply chain area would be beneficial
• Project management experience would be a plus
• Experience with P2P processes would be advantageous
• Mature personality
• Ability to work independently
