Are you an experienced building services professional who wants to take technical responsibility for complex real estate projects and actively shape smart, sustainable engineering solutions? Then this role offers you the opportunity to lead challenging projects from a client’s perspective.
An internationally active real estate developer with decades of experience across Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) is looking for a senior technical professional to take overall responsibility for MEP / HVAC at its Prague office. The company is known for economically sustainable project development, sound technical decision-making and long-term partnerships.
Your responsibilities:
- Overall technical responsibility for all MEP / HVAC topics across all project phases
- Technical and commercial project analysis including due diligence
- Development of optimised system solutions with a focus on lifecycle costs and sustainability
- Leadership of external specialist planners and coordination with authorities and utilities
- Management of tendering, procurement and construction supervision through to handover
- Full accountability for budget, quality and deadlines
- Monitoring construction works from start of construction to final acceptance
Your profile:
- Degree or vocational qualification in HVAC / building services engineering / MEP
- Around 10 years of experience in planning, construction or project management
- Proven track record leading external planners with strong commercial awareness
- Fluent Czech and English; German is a plus
