Are you a technically versatile professional with a strong overview, hands-on experience and entrepreneurial thinking? Then this role offers you full technical responsibility for complex, long-term real estate projects – from a client's perspective.
An internationally active real estate developer with decades of experience across Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) is looking for a senior architecture and planning professional to join its Prague office. The company is known for economically sustainable project development, sound technical decision-making and long-term partnerships.
Your responsibilities:
- Overall coordination of all planning disciplines on the client side, across all project phases
- Site and project analysis covering feasibility, usability and planning law requirements
- Review and interpretation of technical due diligence documentation
- Leadership of external architects and specialist planners, including MEP, with full interface management
- Representation of client interests vis-à-vis planners and authorities; review and approval of planning outputs
- Organisation and oversight of tender processes including review of planning documents
- Quality assurance of execution and as-built drawings; supervision of handovers (Kolaudace)
- Coordination of cross-disciplinary topics such as energy performance certificates (PENB), ESG and LEED
- Support of tenant fit-outs, preparation of layout studies and coordination with marketing and prospective tenants
Your profile:
- Degree in architecture or a related technical discipline
- Around 10 years of experience in planning, project coordination or real estate development
- Proven experience in permitting processes; familiarity with master plans is an advantage
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and/or ArchiCAD and other BIM tools; rendering software a plus
- Fluent Czech and English
