Determined to combine economic success with eco-friendliness, our client is looking for an ambitious and capable person to join the management team in South Moravia.

Your responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the company's strategic and operational processes
- Accountable for the economic success and ongoing market analysis for the further development of existing business areas
- Development of financial & business strategies and supporting the company's strategic direction
- Personnel responsibility and reporting of financial results to the board
- Analysis of manufacturing costs, budget variances, cash flow forecast and working capital
- Ensuring compliance with governmental regulations
Your profile:
- Completed commercial or financial education
- Experience in a leadership role in a managerial position
- Knowledge of the recycling, paper or packaging industry is advantageous
- Excellent knowledge of Czech or Slovak; proficient in English or German
- Outstanding analytical, managerial and problem-solving skills
