We are looking for a person to fill the position of Receivables Agent with English and Dutch !
At this position you will be required to:
- Communicate with clients to ensure invoices are received and approved
- Negotiate the payment date
- Cooperate with other teams in the company
- Understand the problem and implement the resolution
- Document the updates and follow through to next steps as appropriate

REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent ENGLISH and DUTCH
- Strong numerical skills
- Good communication and negotiating skills
- Organisational skills and Self-motivation
Previous experience in customer service, finance, or cash collections is a plus.
