Join us and become a SENIOR AR SPECIALIST responsible for:
- Validating of account discrepancies
- Reducing delinquency for assigned accounts
- Accelerating the collection process if needed
- Effective communication with sales team regarding customer accounts
- Maintaining effective working relationships with customer service and sales teams
- Uploading customer payments into SAP by recording checks and transactions
- Ensuring creditworthiness of new customers
- Updating receivables by totaling unpaid invoices
- Assisting during audits as required
- Assists with Ad-Hoc projects
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Accounting or related field required
- At least 3 years of general accounting or accounts receivable / payable experience
- Fluent English and French
- Knowledge of general bookkeeping and accounting procedures
- Experience working in SAP or D&B systems is preferred
