Cash Allocation Clerk with English and second language
DESCRIPTION
Interested in finance area? Seeking a job with active use of foreign languages?
Our client, an international company operating in the healthcare industry, based in Prague 9, is looking for a candidate for the position of Cash Allocation Clerk.
Responsibilities:
- Data processing within the accounting department
- Check the payment of invoices, matching of incoming payments
- Communication with internal and external customers
- Data logging for auditing purposes
- Cooperation with other departments
The position is based on temporary contract with the possibility to prolong the contract.
Starting date: Immediately.
Place of work: Prague 9
REQUIREMENTS:
High school education, preferably economics related
- Accounting experience within a commercial organization is an advantage
- Strong written and spoken English, French/Spanish/Italian/German upper intermediate knowledge
- Good IT skills, particularly Excel
- Ability to communicate across functional boundaries and at all levels within the organization
- Commercial understanding of the business coupled with a customer-centric approach
