My client, the worldwide-know manufacturer of cameras, is looking for a new colleague with French in the Back office team. This team is veeeeeery stable. Ladies from the Back office work at the company for 15 years!

Popis pozice:

You will be responsible for:

  • Administrative support of sales department
  • Processing orders
  • Communication with corporate clients from France
  • Control of prices
  • Solving problems, processing claims
  • Preparation of payments
  • Management and evidence of documentation
  • Invoicing

Profil kandidáta:

What do we expect from you?

  • Advanced French & English (you will be responsible for the French market but internal communication is in English)
  • Previous work experience similar to this position (administration/customer service)
  • Know MS Office, ideally SAP (not a necessity, just an advantage)
  • To be a responsible, hard-working and friendly person (girls from back office want somebody nice there who can manage more tasks at once)
