ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Transport Planning Expert you will be responsible for the planning of all domestic transport orders for finished goods, empty goods, at the best total price and the highest efficiency, taken the customer delivery date and customer requirements into account. You will manage the finished goods and empties flows within the regional network in an efficient and optimal way in order to guarantee availability for both internal and external customers. Within this complex role, you will manage the transport planning processes and build relationship with customers.
THE IDEAL PROFILE:
- Logistics degree, university level or equivalent through experience
- Fluent knowledge of English; Dutch on fluent level would be a great advantage
- Relevant work experience for minimum 2 years
- Supply chain and logistics knowledge
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and SAP would be an asset
- Good communication, analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to perform in stressful conditions
