We are looking for AP Specialist for scandinavian company in Ostrava.

Popis pozice:

• Vendors documents processing (Invoice validation, PO matching, discrepancy resolution, posting in ERP)
• Verifying the compliance of invoices (all mandatory information is present and correct)
• Performing of internal process controls
• Communication with internal customers and external suppliers
• Reconciliation of supplier statements
• Month end closing activities
• Cooperation with other team members and other Finan• Basic knowledge of accounting

Profil kandidáta:

• Basic knowledge of accounting
• Previous Accounts payable experience is an advantage
• Experience with SAP MM module knowledge is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail, numerical thinking, problem solving attitude
• English language
• Team player
• Education – High school diploma
