WHAT IS THE JOB DESCRIPTION LIKE?
analyze the current business/service processes, identify gaps
recommends process improvement and provide quality guidelines to improve the overall effectiveness of the shared service center
establish and maintain written business/process description
make sure the Service level agreements (SLA) are followed, generate reports of SLA, vendor status and service quality status on periodic basis.
handling a team of 3–5 members, make sure all deadlines are kept in the team
monitor, coach and train subordinates on implementation of goals, policies and procedures
WHAT REQUIREMENTS DO WE HAVE FOR THE CANDIDATE?
a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Financial controlling or related field
more than six years of work experience and at least two years of management experience
experience in a Finance shared services environment
experience in developing written business/process descriptions
knowledge of Core Accounting and experience in various fields of Finance and accounting such as accounts payable, general ledger, VAT reports
understanding of overall Financial Statements and reconciliations
highly proficient in ERP systems (Navision preferably) and Microsoft Office (Excel).
advanced knowledge of English (written and verbal)
