A global manufacturing company is currently looking for a FINANCE MANAGER that would be in charge of his local finance team in Čestlice.

As a FINANCE MANAGER you will be responsible for the following activities:

• Manage and lead the local finance team
• Ensure compliance with both local and US GAAP
• Ensure that all required reporting is provided accurately and on time
• Responsibility for compliance with all statutory requirements including taxes (VAT, CIT, PIT)
• Maintainance of the General Ledger and all Subsidiary Ledgers
• Ensure that all balance sheet accounts are reconciled and reviewed
• Forecasting and planning processes
• Cash flow management
• Conduct audit checks and assist internal/external auditors
• Active participation in continuous business process improvement projects
• Provide management with key financial information

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Knowledge of Czech GAAP and Czech tax regulations – Required / US GAAP – Preferred
• People management & development skills
• Advanced English and Czech language
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Knowledge of accounting systems (Movex/ Oracle Preferred)
