The BPI finance manager position will oversee the finance business process improvements at the Brno shared services center. This position will co-lead the Brno finance organization by standardizing and simplifying processes, ensuring consistency and standardization of onboarding activities, ensuring that service level agreements are in place for all finance work streams, defining metrics and measurement of all finance work streams, and organizing the optimal organization structure within Brno finance. There will also be project work, such as supporting regional finance transformation initiatives and P2P process improvement. This role will report jointly to the Director, Finance Transformation, EMEA and the Brno Shared Services Director.
The key performance objectives for the Brno Finance Manager role include:
- Define standard processes for each work stream, identify exceptions, and work to improve
- Ensure that activities on-boarded to the SSC are standardized and efficiently transitioned
- Develop service level agreements (SLA) between all finance work streams within Brno and the end customers
- Communicate agreed-upon SLAs to the broader organization and ensure compliance
- Ensure that all work streams have standard reports to measure effectiveness of activities
- Metrics should tie to the service level agreements generated above
- Metrics should be generated in an automated and timely manner
- Support regional finance transformation projects; work closely with Director, Finance Transformation, EMEA
- Support P2P improvement project
- Utilize SLAs and metrics above to identify areas to improve efficiency
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in finance or in process improvements
- At least 10 years of professional experience
- Strong leader, people manager
- Process oriented and proactive approach
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt
- Data driven
- Team player
