A fantastic opportunity has become available to work for a global pharmaceutical company in their offices based in Prague.
Your responsibilities:
- Communication with customers regarding unpaid invoices
- Management of assigned portfolio of clients
- Analysis of receivables, Analysis of credit reports
- Work in MS Excel and internal databases
- Financial reporting on regular basis
- Administration related to cash collection activities
- Cooperation with other departments
- Ad-hoc request
Location: Prague 9 (Prosek)
REQUIREMENTS:
- min. 1 years of experience in customer service or administration sector, preferably in credit/collections
- Excellent communication skills
- Working experience from multinational company is highly desirable
- Experience working with SAP is an advantage, but not a must
- Fluent Swedish or Danish languages
- High level of professionalism
- Understanding of confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail
