Your responsibilities:

• Communication with customers regarding unpaid invoices
• Management of assigned portfolio of clients
• Analysis of receivables and credit reports
• Work in MS Excel and internal databases
• Financial reporting on regular basis
• Administration related to cash collection activities
• Cooperation with other departments
• Ad-hoc request

Location: Prague 9 (Prosek)

REQUIREMENTS:

• min. 1 years of experience in customer service or administration sector, preferably in credit/collections
• Excellent communication skills
• Working experience from multinational company is highly desirable
• Experience working with SAP is an advantage, but not a must
• Fluency in German language
• High level of professionalism
• Understanding of confidentiality
• Strong attention to detail
