We are looking for new collegue who will take care about our customers
Main Responsibilities
- To support Sales team in order to achieve sales targets
- To maintain and administer sales process descriptions in frame of TS/ISO documentation
- To calculate cost and support preparation of quotations for customers
- To act in case of overdue payment based on instructions
- To keep overview of Plant control dept. activities (planning, customer service, delivery)
- To help with reporting in sales field
We Require
- High school or university, focused on technical field
- Knowledge of German & English language on upper-intermediate level or higher – daily communication
- Knowledge of MS Office – especially excel
- Previous work experience in sales dept. or customer support as advantage
- Knowledge of Helios Orange system – big advantage
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize
- Great verbal and written communication skills
