A worldwide leader in pharmaceutical industry is currently looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Accounts Receivable professional to be responsible for all analysis & reporting on all matters in the AR team and identify and implement process improvements. Other responsibilities will include:
- Monitor processes and provide standard reporting updates to key stakeholders
- Responsibility for all reporting activities for AR
- Improve the reporting process
- Investigate and analyze AR data – work with systems (SAP, BEx Analyzer, SQL Server) to prepare data sources for the reporting
- Contact for any questions or issues regarding to report or the reporting tool
- Collaborate to ensure reporting purpose
- Ad-hoc analysis on request
Location: Prague 9 (Prosek)
REQUIREMENTS:
- AR background is a plus
- Working experience from multinational company is highly desirable
- Experience working with SAP is an advantage, but not a must
- Experience from a reporting/data analysis position would be an advantage
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Access, Word)
- Strong attention to detail
- VBA and SQL a requirement
- InfoPath / SharePoint designer knowledge an advantage
