Your main responsibilities will include:

• Processing monthly, quarterly and yearly closings
• Maintaining intern procedures
• Reconciliing unapplied payments
• Checking outgoing payments worldwide
• Daily communication with suppliers and/or customers
• Processing data in accordance with internal procedures
• Related clients´ care such as answering phones or e-mails
