This role is part of the Human Resources department within the shared service centre and closely cooperates with HR Business Partners. The main tasks include supporting business objectives by responding to clients queries, maintaining HR systems, administer standardized processes, managing new country migrations, business projects, systems trouble shooting or case and knowledge management.
Main responsibilities:
- Manages the on-going administration of HR systems
- Provide subject matter expertise and support to system users
- Develop standards and controls to ensure data integrity
- Defining the learning and recruitment strategy
- Conducting new employee orientation program
- Provide support to functional specialists
- Investigate, assess and recommend solutions to complex employee queries
- Responsible for case management, analysis, tracking, and documentation
- Manage day-to-day operations in accordance with internal processes
- Provide regular feedback on performance to key stakeholders
- Reviewing information regarding employee satisfaction
- Manage and participate in projects and migrations as needed
- Coordinating the technical set up, working with the global architects
- Perform compliances and audit checks
- Establish individual KPI’s, build a succession plan for the team
- Assign accountabilities to the team for when a new hire joins
- Build relationships with the H2R Management Team
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least Bachelor degree
- Previous HR experience within a larger organization, preferably in a shared services
- Case management and/or knowledge management expertise
- Proven project management skills
- Ability to work independently and with minimal direct supervision
- Previous experience with migrations would be a huge plus
- Excellent command of English language
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of SAP, Workday or similar
