Job description: Business Controller
Main responsibilities:
- Controlling & Reporting - Prepare statistical analysis of plans and financial results and management reports.
- Communicate closely with other employees while gathering necessary information.
- Prepare reports in compliance with shareholder reporting requirements
- Financial Planning - Prepare and forecast annual budget, capital expenditure, operating costs in collaboration with the senior management and other subsidiaries.
- Coordinate the business planning process.
- Accounting Methodology - Co-creating internal company management reporting and accounting methodology in cooperation with the Finance department and other Euro-Center entities
- Develop and document internal controls and maintain accounting systems.
- Implement changes and monitor unit operations adhere to these standards.
- Analysis - Prepare analyses and calculations to be used for pricing of the Group’s services.
- Prepare analyses and reports in relation to claims payments and financial relations.
- Monitor clients profitability.
Requirements:
- Proven profound knowledge in Accounting, Finance or Business administration (ideally degree or relevant certification)
- Experience preparing business reports, business process and data modelling
- Used to work with large amounts of data
- Very good command of English (written and spoken) is essential for the daily job performance
- Very good communication, analytical and organisational skills
- Structured, organised with strong attention to detail
- Quick learner who is easily able to learn new products, systems, applications and technologies
- Self-starter with leadership skills in order to take charge of or facilitate requirement/gathering sessions
- As a person you are team oriented, service minded and you have flexible approach to the business needs
