Your main responsibilities will be:
- Posts invoices, acts of acceptance in internal system
- Creates Reconciliation acts in the internal system and distributes them to Vendors
- Controlling the booking of the documents processed in order to assure the accuracy
- Ensure compliance with EU VAT of all documents received/posted and issued to counterparties
- Assist with the Monthly Closure
REQUIREMENTS:
The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:
- University degree (Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Economics)
- Fluent English plus other language ( Romanian, Italian, Finnish, Russian, Czech/Slovak, French or Dutch)
- Previous work experience in accounting
