Receptionist with English_Prague 4

Our Prague office looking for a Receptionist/Lobby Ambassador with Czech or Slovak language for a full-time job. Morning shift with no weekends! We are a multi-cultural company located in Prague 4. • You will ensure the operation of the reception, which includes activities such as: receiving correspondence and parcels, ordering delivery services and office supplies along with refreshments, you will also be in charge of managing entrance cards for employees and visits
• Internal communication and corporate event planning will be among the core activities
• You will support the HR/Marketing team if necessary
• You will also take care of refreshment orders and complement kitchens with coffee, tea, sugars, and milk)
• You will be in charge of communicating with the building management and cleaning service

• Very good communication and organizational skills
• English at a very good communicative level
• Work on PC at the user level (MS Office package)
• Proactive approach, ability to handle multiple tasks at once
• Attention to detail, meticulousness
