As a CREDIT ANALYST you will be reponsible for:
- all collections activities on the assigned portfolios
- activities include minimizing balances on customers’ accounts, timely resolution of disputes
- accurate cash receipts forecast on the assigned portfolios
- analysis of financial information
- preparing financial reports
- participating in improving processes and maximizing cash flow for the assigned portfolios
- supporting and coaching other team members, specially new comers
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum secondary degree, ideally an university degree in finance, accounting, or related field is desirable
- Analytical thinking
- Fluent English + Italian
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and excellent knowledge of cash collection processes and risk analysis practices
- Very good MS Excel skills
- 1+ years of experience in customer facing roles, preferably in credit/collections
