Do you speak ENGLISH and SPANISH or PORTUGESE?
We are looking for a suitable candidate for the world's largest international oil and gas company with SSC in Prague.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• work with database of clients and communication with them
• maintain the Vendor Master File
• daily processing of requests in internal system
• communication in foreign languages
• work in SAP system
• ad hoc tasks

Location: Prague 3 (metro station Flora)
Start: ASAP
Contract till the end of February 2017 (extension possible)
Working time: full time 40 hours/week
09:00–17:30 or 13:30–22:00 rotates working time every second week afternoon shift

REQUIREMENTS:
We are seeking enthusiastic candidates with:

• Secondary degree,
• active knowledge of English and Spanish or Portugese languages
• communicative and detail oriented person,
• accurancy and customer service mindset,
• experience from finance and administration area is an advantage,
• knowledge of SAP is advantage.
