Your key responsibilities will be :
- supervise the HR agenda including payroll administration (one payroll clerk in team)
- develop and implement HR policies and procedures,
- budgetting and cost control,
- manage programs regarding labour relations and employment relationship, in order to ensure compliance with law requirements & existing practices,
- contributes to the development and implementation of the company’s talent, learning and development strategy that stays relevant to the needs of the business,
- develop tools and training for talent development and leadership enhancement purpose,
- conduct ongoing assessment of learning needs – develop and track measurement criteria / metrics for learning effectiveness, monitor behavior and performance changes, create action plans,
- organize appropriate learning & training programs,
- support the execution of Talent Management initiatives including goals, performance management, succession planning,
- support development programs such as onboarding, skill matrixes, coaching/mentoring, team development workshops and leadership development programs.
Successful candidate should have :
- at least 5 years of experience on a similar position, ideally in an international environment,
- English of communicative level,
- coaching experience would be a plus,
- excellent management, organization and prioritization skills,
- strong knowledge of labour law,
- high level of independence,
- readiness to travel.
