Náplň práce:
-
„A to Z“ brand management of cosmetics brands (STR8, B.U., TESORI d’ORIENTE and others)
-
Development and execution of brands’ strategy to maximize business performance
-
Monitoring, deep understanding and reporting on the performance of your brands and its competitors within the market
-
Preparations of marketing plans and their execution, both – ATL & BTL
-
Control A&P budgets
-
Preparing launches of new products
-
Close cooperation with Sales department; preparation of promotional activities
-
Close cooperation with marketing team from Greek central office
-
Working with external agencies (SoMe, advertising or media agencies)
Co od Vás očekáváme:
-
min. 2-3 years of previous experience in FMCG marketing
-
Fluent Czech and English
-
Advanced level of MS Office (Excel, Power Point)

Analytical, details-oriented person
-
Strong communication and presentation skills
-
Willingness to work both independently and as a part of the team

Ability to manage multiple projects

Creative, proactive, enthusiastic, hard working and self-motivated personality
