BILLA ČR is part of REWE group, a food retailer with more than 30 year of history on Czech market. Our 250 supermarket provide our customers with wide range of high quality goods for their daily cooking.
Main Tasks in this position
Product Development of Private Labels:
- Coordination of the new product development with CEE and Local Category Management and Quality Management
- Development and coordination of the packaging design (layout) based on the agreed brand identity
- Ensuring declaration check and approval regarding food and other legislative aspects
Analysis & Reporting:
- Regular analysis of market, consumption behavior of customer needs as well as identifying trends; monitoring the competitors and internal (Commodity Group) analysis
- Evaluation of the product performance and achievement of planned targets (quarterly)
- Preparation of monthly reports regarding private label performance and ad hoc presentations
Monitoring & further Development of Products and Brands:
- Regular quality checks of private label articles together with Quality and Category Management
- Approval of re-designed packaging and printing amounts
- Handling cooperation with agreed design agency, in charge for developing private label layouts
(International) Cooperation:
- A close cooperation with CEE Marketing department
- Contribution to projects initiated by REWE International
What do you need to have for this position?
- University degree or studying (3 years or more)
- High analytical skills with clear interpretation of the data
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint
- Excellent English skills
