For our dedicated client we are searching the right person into the role Head of Sales.
It is neccessary to have deep experience in FMCG segment.
job description:
- Developing and maintaining a solid, long-term relationship with assigned customers
- Analyzing customers data to provide better results
- Strategic planning to improve customers results
- Delivering the results in line with the targets
- Leading annual negotiations with dedicated customers including yearly business plan
- Owning P&L (top to bottom to improve the Gross-to-Net result at your gruop of customers)
- Implementing the strategic priorities of the company at your customers
- Translating company strategies into drive plans and activations
- Making internal recommendations to improve company and dedicated business results
- Effectively collaborating in a multifunctional environment: daily cooperation with Marketing, Customer Marketing, Customer Service, Finanse, Demand Planning and Supply Chain departments
- Presenting sales data and recommendations to Business Leadership Team
- Managing communications between key customers and internal teams; acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams
- Managing, developing and motivating dedicated team
- Tracking team output and performance against business objectives
who we are looking for
- 6 years of experiences in Key Account Management / Sales
- 3 years of professional experience in people management
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline
- Experience in FMCG and with modern channel account management - must have
- Highly developed negotiation and analytical skills
- Very good developed leadership skills
- Proactivity, independence, and self-starter attitude
- Results oriented and the ability to maintain focus on quantitative objectives
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability of multitasking, prioritization, effective time management
- Fluent and practical knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Very good command of English language (writing, speaking, reading)
- Team player, energetic, business driver
