Main responsibilities:
- responsible for HR team (6 employees) – KPI´s of team members, cooperation in the team and with other departments
- In close cooperation with the local management team develop and implement the HR Strategy in line with the local business needs and the guidelines from abroad management
- Provide coaching, leadership, mentoring and support to managers and employees on HR topics
- Develop, maintain and update competence development programs based on competence gap analysis
- Coordinate compensation structure & programs, follow up on legislation changes
- Manage job descriptions, appraisals (Onboarding, Introducing, promoting and talent management), Personal records / files, Vacation / sick leave / absence policies.
- Reresponsible for all HR activities and processes (recruitment, remuneration, education, motivation, etc.)
- Measure HR effectiveness through appropriate bench marking and metrics.
- responsible for brand employer marketing policy
- Manage the Business Reporting to Teleperformance Group
- Knowledge of the wage area at the basic level
Requirements:
- about university education (human resource management advantage)
- min. 3 years of practice in a similar position
- advanced English
