They're innovating the way that automotive dealerships drive their customers' car-buying experience from the moment they run a search online all the way through to bringing their car back in for a service.

This role will play a key part in fulfilling the overall objectives of the International team, ensuring accurate reporting of International financial performance to Corporate HQ in compliance with US GAAP and internal policy.

The team is responsible for the overall BALANCE SHEET control process, including compliance with balance sheet reconciliation policy, balance sheet review and analysis.

Popis pozice:

Your role:

- Direct management responsibility for and lead the Prague-based team of 3 analysts, manage and direct the team to deliver against SLAs
- Ensure consistent application of financial accounting Policies and Procedures in relation to Accounting and Reporting on a monthly basis
- Ensure timely completion of the financial reporting of the company results on a monthly basis, in compliance with US GAAP and IFRS requirements
- Responsible for the organisation and conduct of quarterly balance sheet deep-dive review
- Act as a point of contact to resolve accounting queries raised by the GL Accounting team
- Proactively identify any areas where there is diversity in accounting practice
- Play a key role in implementing various Continuous Improvement project
