Požadujeme:
- University degree or relevant working experience
- General human resources orientations
- 4 years minimum experience in general H.R. management ideally in a
manufacturing environment
- Good communications skills
- Ability to understand and solve business related employment and
personnel problems quickly and effectively
- Proficient in labor laws and regulations
- English language advance level (direct manager – HR Business Unit
Manager is English native speaker)
Pracovní náplň:
- To support the business goals by managing all aspects of the HR
function, including resources, industrial relations, training development,
(payroll) administration within relevant legislation, company policies and
procedures.
- Co-operate in implementations HR Policies and procedures.
- Set-up programs and practices in line with the local law and practices.
- Plan and develop an effective recruitment strategy, directing policy and
procedures to ensure that the business is well positioned to recruit high
caliber.
- Coordinate and organize training programs and follow-up development
action plans.
- Manage all aspects of the reward management programs : compensation
& benefits programs, reward policies, performance management
programs, etc.
- Administrate a payroll system.
- Manage at the local level with the HR system.
- Report the KPI´s.
- Prepare, monitor and keep controls on departmental expenditure within
the budget guidelines.
