Požadujeme:

• University degree or relevant working experience
• General human resources orientations
• 4 years minimum experience in general H.R. management ideally in a

manufacturing environment

• Good communications skills
• Ability to understand and solve business related employment and

personnel problems quickly and effectively

• Proficient in labor laws and regulations
• English language advance level (direct manager – HR Business Unit

Manager is English native speaker)

Pracovní náplň:

• To support the business goals by managing all aspects of the HR

function, including resources, industrial relations, training development,
(payroll) administration within relevant legislation, company policies and
procedures.

• Co-operate in implementations HR Policies and procedures.
• Set-up programs and practices in line with the local law and practices.
• Plan and develop an effective recruitment strategy, directing policy and

procedures to ensure that the business is well positioned to recruit high
caliber.

• Coordinate and organize training programs and follow-up development

action plans.

• Manage all aspects of the reward management programs : compensation

& benefits programs, reward policies, performance management
programs, etc.

• Administrate a payroll system.
• Manage at the local level with the HR system.
• Report the KPI´s.
• Prepare, monitor and keep controls on departmental expenditure within

the budget guidelines.
