Based within the HR function, the HR Business Partner plays a key supporting role in every aspects of the employee cycle within the site HR Team. The HR Business Partner is responsible for managing the onboarding stages of new starters (sourced both internally and externally), taking active part into recruitment activities, and ultimately providing a high level of HR support at every stage of the employee cycle.
Your key responsibilities:
- to support managers to achieve and sustain operational and strategic goals
- to build the hands-on approach
- full responsibility for all HR matters: recruiting, talent management initiatives, performance management, succession planning, events as well as personal support for employees from onboarding to exiting
- to develop and implement HR policies and procedures, in order to ensure compliance with law requirements & existing practices,
- budgetting and cost control,
- to organize appropriate learning & training programs.
Successful candidate should have:
- at least 5 years of experience on a similar position, ideally in an international environment,
- English of communicative level,
- coaching experience would be a plus,
- excellent management, organization and prioritization skills,
- strong knowledge of labour law,
- high level of independence,
- readiness to travel.
