Our client, a Fortune 500 company, is currently hiring the Czech-based member of their international Customer Issue Resolution Team. If you are an organised, self-driven and versatile person with a strong customer service and complaint handling background and would like to build your career in an international company, this opportunity is for you.
Popis pozice:
- Management and resolution of customer complaints using SAP and Salesforce tools
- Responsibility for the entire complaint resolution process up to customer feedback
- Verification of summary metrics for other departments and analysis of critical areas which need improvement
- Collection activities and management of customer payment process
- Cooperation with Central Risk Management Team and the Global Service Center
Profil kandidáta:
- Experience in customer service and complaint handling is a must
- Self-driven, independent personality motivated to follow through with their tasks
- Fluent English for internal communication and use of internal systems and materials
- Advanced Polish and Czech for communication with customers
- Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce or a strong background in other ERP and CRM systems
