Our esteemed client is expanding their customer service department and thus is looking for new talents to join the company. If you already have customer service experience, it will be a plus, but they are open to training juniors as well.
Your daily tasks:
- assisting and helping customers on the phone, via e-mail, and/or chat
- answering queries related to products and services
- processing orders
- delivering the best customer service experience possible
- reporting
- participating in discussions regarding process improvement
REQUIREMENTS:
- Superb communication skills
- Customer-centered individual
- Knowledge of English (B2) and one of the following languages: German, Italian, French, Dutch, Polish, or Hungarian
- previous customer service experience is nice to have
