COMPANY OVERVIEW
Work for a top company operating in over 30 countries across 4 continents for more than 25 years. In Prague, they are expanding their current processes and are looking to strengthen their accounting and finance departments which is currently around 100 people. They are based in modern premises with top facilities, in accessible location.
POSITION OVERVIEW: ACCOUNTING TEAM LEADER
- Supervise the AP and AR processes
- Assign and monitor workload
- Complete monthly intercompany reconciliations and nettings
- Participate in monthly closing, reconciliations, clearings and adjustments
- Help with complex or problematic transactions
- Prepare reports for financial controllers and auditors
- Participate in internal controls testings
- Take part in recruitment and training of new team members
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent English and Bulgarian
- Previous work experience in accounting, minimum 3 years
- Previous supervisory or team leading experience is necessary
- Knowledge of Bulgarian accounting standards
- Understanding of IFRS
