You have an opportunity to join a large project and build a brand new HR HUB for one of the most well-known and successful global brands and lead one of their HR teams.
What would you be responsible for?
- Supervise Administration operational activities t
- Execute the in-scope Admin operational plans to increase the effectiveness of services
- Lead a regional team responsible for day-to-day delivery
- Policy administration and legal compliance.
- Benefits administration, leave and absence administration and compensation administration.
- Exit Management activities to include coordination of separation procedures including separation packet creation, arranging exit surveys, and other off-boarding activities.
- Workforce Data Administration services to include employee data changes, mass updates, business structure updates, data quality audits and reviews.
- Enforcing sensitivity and confidentiality with employee personal data.
- Provide insights and intelligence with respect to trends and opportunities.
- Resolve escalated inquiries requiring higher level knowledge and authority and expertise.
- Monitor real-time operational performance and ensure team is staffed appropriately for anticipated work volume
- Identify areas for improvement on daily operational processes
- Mentor and provide leadership development to team members.
- Responsible for the selection, interview and hiring process for team members
- Lead and contribute to scheduled and ad hoc training
POŽADAVKY:
What do you need to succeed?
- Previous supervisory or team leading experience is necessary
- Experience from HR administration
- Knowledge of HR processes in a large international company
- Fluent English
- Fluent French
- Result-orientated
- Strong motivation and drive
