Your responsibilities will be:
- Project Management (building migration plans, leading scheduled calls, outline areas for process improvement etc.)
- Participate in full Implementation process
- Closely cooperate with other Team Leaders
- Operation and Service Delivery (delegate particular tasks to Team Members upon agreement with management, coordinate and monitor workflow, provide support to team members as necessary, identify training needs, monitor individual and group’s performance and provide recommendations to management, assist team members in meeting deadlines, provide regular feedback on performance to management)
- Troubleshoot to management as appropriate
- Sustain cooperation (regular team meetings, town hall meetings, performance management, client calls etc.)
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Administration, Business Administration, Accounting or related field
- Experience preferably in a shared services or COE model
- Experience in HR and/or Payroll
- People Management
- Project Migration
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with solid judgment and discretion is critical
- Excellent verbal communication including proper grammar, tone, and a clear speaking voice to ensure solid communication with the customer via phone and in person
- Excellent written communication skills including proper grammar and correct sentence structure
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
