Senior AR Accountant with Spanish

New position of a Senior AR Accountant has just become available. Read the varied job responsibilities to see what kind of activities you'd get your hands on:

• Manage cash applications to the correct customer account.
• Manage deductions, including monitoring customer deductions, matching with appropriate credit notes, and managing deduction discrepancies.
• Review clearing of unallocated payments, management of pro-forma payments and additional clearing on weekly basis.
• Perform daily bank to sub-ledger reconciliations.
• Management of credit limit review process and cooperation with the master data team.
• Engage in monthly debtors overview.
• Provide advisory support and assistance to the team members.
• Actively participate in training programs.
• Ensure compliance with SOX and internal rules and regulations and provide support for internal and external audits as needed.
• Partake in local finance transfer to Prague in relation to identified AR activities.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree or diploma in finance/accounting
• Strong knowledge and understanding of general accounting principles.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts receivable.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational skills.
• Experience with SAP.
• Team player.
