Popis pozice:
In the Order to Cash team, you will take care of your clients by ensuring smooth operations of following activities:
- Invoice creation
- Providing SOA and payment reminders
- Customer account maintenance
- Dealing with incoming enquiries
- Participation on SOX controls within the OtC processes
- Maintenance of Standard Operations Procedures
- Review of intercompany Netting system
- Booking of intercompany payments on monthly basis
- Performance of month-end activities
- Cash application
- Daily bank statement reconciliation
- Investigation of all unallocated payments upon receipt
- Performance according to KPI, CPI and company policy
Profil kandidáta:
- At least 1 year in accounting and finance department, preferably in an international company.
- Good knowledge of English is a must, second language is an advantage.
- Overview of FaA processes and accounting knowledge.
- Friendly personality with sense of responsibility, analytical skills and good focus on details.
