- Responsible and accountable for all aspects of organizational IT provisioning, to support the organization in all aspects of IT
- Team Leader role and mentoring for students who provide IS services
- Perform Day to Day Level 1, 2 and 3 support associated with IT Services (Workstation, Infrastructure, Servers, and Applications) for all staff
- Manage and resolve all IT Service Requests and Incidents utilizing ITIL best practices
- Troubleshoot, and where possible resolve all hardware/software problems, and Level 1 & 2 application support issues.
- Hardware/Software installation, upgrades and maintenance.
- Workstation and software deployment – Operating System, and Software packages.
- Monitor, troubleshoot and administer the network and telephony infrastructure.
- Budget control of IT services
- Development of Sharepoint Online environment
- Development of IS Business Process solutions
REQUIREMENTS:
- Able to provide 1st and 2nd level support for the site Information Systems.
- Able to manage crisis situations, and escalations, and react appropriately
- Fluent in Czech & English – Written and Oral.
- Understanding \ appreciation of the fundamentals of SOX principles to ensure segregation of duties.
- Appreciation of roles of Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivables departments.
- Workstation Support – Windows 7.1 Operating System, and associated software.
- Microsoft Office 2013 Professional Plus suite.
- Desktop Security Platform – Preferably Bitdefender Desktop Security.
- Hardware Support
- Support for Windows Server 2008 & 2012 environment including Microsoft Active Directory, DHCP, WSUS, GPO, File and print services, and Microsoft Hyper-V Virtualization.
- Backup and Recovery procedures – Symantec Backup Exec 2014.
- Remote Access User support – Preferably CISCO Anyconnect remote access client.
- Knowledge of Workstation Packaging Deployment Solutions.
- Basic Telephony Support – Hosted SIP Phone solutions.
- Information Systems Security Principles
- ITIL Service Desk Principles
- Microsoft Sharepoint → Preferably Microsoft Sharepoint Online.
