Responsibilities and challenges
Your role will be to develop and implement analytics solutions, to extract insights from data, to measure and improve our marketing performances and ultimately, DHI’s sales efficiency. This role is a key in reaching our goals for new customer acquisition – retention – satisfaction and revenue growth.
In this hands-on position you will have a chance to work in a dynamic and international environment, to be a member of a growing and multi-cultural team and to start your fantastic journey at DHI.
- Contribute by helping to define digital marketing strategy and tactical analytics plan to analyse online marketing and sales data
- Support our Marketing team by providing analytics solutions and best practices required for digital campaigns and web or social media content – SEO, SMO
- Create reusable models, tools and dashboard that can be implemented across our worldwide organisation
- Establish key performance indicators in order to measure the efficiency of our digital marketing initiatives and ROI
- Monitor and evaluate digital data using tools such as Google Analytics, campaign reporting tools and third party social media tools
- Analyse and synthesize intelligence to produce ad hoc and regular reports about the effectiveness of our marketing activities
- Collaborate with other team members including on UX, design, development, accessibility and project management
- Proactively stay tuned with the latest trends and best practice in your field of expertise
Requirements and qualifications
- Technical-minded self-starter, task oriented, deadline-driven and proactive team player
- Exceptional analytical skills as well as a passion to conduct research to produce recommendations and summary report for marketing team, stakeholders and management
- Demonstrated experience using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google webmaster tools in a marketing related field
- Solid experience with setting up needs-based reporting
- Good experience with marketing data, from segmentation to campaign tracking and analysis
- A good understanding of communication, marketing and sales process in a B2B environment (IT market is a plus)
- A knowledge of SiteCore CMS would be a plus
- At least 5 years of experience in with tracked records
- Strong verbal and written English communications skills
- Bachelor/Masters in marketing, statistics, economics or equivalent
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
